Benjamin Monroy joins Forte Racing Driver Development Program
New Development Initiative Will Provide Young Drivers and Their Families with Mentorship, Professional Guidance Backed by Decades of Experience, and a Clear Path Forward
Monrovia, Calif. (July 2026) – Rising karting talent Benjamin Monroy 9 years old has officially been selected to join the Forte Racing Driver Development Program, marking another significant milestone in his progression toward professional motorsports.
Monroy joins a group of young drivers who will work alongside Forte Racing, Position One Motorsports, and On Track Performance in a comprehensive development program designed to prepare the next generation of professional racers.
The announcement comes on the heels of a strong performance in the Champions of the Future K1 Series, where Monroy earned a podium finish with an impressive second-place result. His consistent speed, racecraft, and dedication have made him one of the promising young talents in the Position One Motorsports program.
As a member of the Forte Racing Driver Development Program, Monroy will receive professional mentorship and instruction from some of the most experienced leaders in the sport. The program provides opportunities for advanced driver coaching, engineering education, racecraft development, simulator training, media preparation, sponsorship education, and valuable testing experiences designed to help drivers successfully climb the motorsports ladder.
The collaboration between Forte Racing, Position One Motorsports, and On Track Performance gives drivers access to a professional racing environment while exposing them to every aspect of a modern race team both on and off the track.

Throughout the program, Monroy will participate in driver evaluations, coaching sessions, simulator development, engineering discussions, and professional race team activities while continuing to build on the success he has achieved in karting competition.
